NGFF Automotive Corporation operates a text messaging (SMS) program (“the Program”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

NGFF Automotive sends conversational sales and customer-care text messages to consumers who opt in. Messages include answers to vehicle questions, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, test-drive and financing follow-ups, and related customer-care messages. This is a conversational program; you may receive replies to messages you send us.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box when you submit the contact or vehicle-inquiry form on our website (https://www.ngffautomotive.com/contact-us/), or by contacting us directly and asking us to text you. We do not enroll you based on inquiries submitted through third-party automotive marketplaces. Consent to receive texts from us is collected only through our own website form or your direct request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, your inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. NGFF Automotive does not charge for the Program.

5. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent — with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to operate our messaging program and is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages.
